6. Right to retract

7. Legal warranty

7.1. The legal guarantee applies according to the legal provisions. The additional commercial guarantee is not affected.

7.2. We exclude our liability for negligence insofar as the essential obligations of the contract are not involved. The same principles apply to our constituents.

7.3 We take all necessary precautions in the packaging of your orders to avoid any risk of damage during transport. However, in the event of breakage during transport, please send us an email with the list of broken products as well as good quality photos showing the damage within 24 hours after receipt of the package. After this period, no complaint can be processed. You must include photos of the box showing the transport damage (the transport label must be clearly visible in the photos) as well as photos of the damaged products. The file will be sent to our carrier's insurance and we will provide you with an answer within a maximum of 6 weeks. Compensation will be in the form of a credit note valid for 12 months on our site on all products (excluding shipping costs). Please note that only the carrier "Colissimo Standard" offers a guarantee in the event of damage to the package, the carrier "Colissimo ECO" cannot be the subject of any complaint.
