We have some great news! Following recent adjustments, Colissimo Eco is officially back for your deliveries to the United States. You now have two options to receive your orders:
1. Colissimo Eco (The Budget-Friendly Choice):
This is our most economical service. To make your experience even smoother, customs duties are now included in the shipping price. Your parcel will be handled and delivered by USPS once it arrives in the U.S. This option supports delivery to P.O. Boxes.
2. Chronopost (The Premium Express Choice):
Chronopost offers express delivery within 48 hours, delivered by FedEx. In case of a delivery delay, 50% of the shipping cost will be refunded. For this premium service, customs duties remain at the customer's expense.
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT: P.O. Box Deliveries
Chronopost (FedEx) CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you need to be delivered to a P.O. Box, please ensure you select the Colissimo Eco option.
If a P.O. Box address is provided for a Chronopost shipment, your order will be placed on hold while we contact you for a valid physical address. This will unfortunately void the 48-hour delivery guarantee.
