Starting August 29, 2025, we are once again able to ship to the USA with the carrier Chronopost. Your parcels will now be delivered by FedEx.
Chronopost offers express delivery within 48 hours. In case of a delivery delay, 50% of the shipping cost will be refunded. We will handle the claim process and transfer the refunded amount to you.
In accordance with the new U.S. regulations, import taxes will be applied before your parcel is delivered. To help reduce these taxes, we apply a 50% reduction compared to the actual value when declaring your shipment.
Important: Delivery is handled by FedEx, which cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a P.O. box is provided, your shipment will be delayed while we contact you for a valid address.
The Colissimo Eco carrier remains suspended for the time being, and we do not yet have a return date. We will keep you informed as soon as we have more information.
